Booty Confusion is real! I’m here to offer some support for those daunting twerks. Today’s focus is hip drops. Yaaaassss get those hips moving from side to side and up and down at the same damn time! To have a good hip drop you should maintain your form, keep your back arched, chest/shoulder lifted and squat low. When in motion, decide if you want to focus on the hip going up or down. I like the upwards motion because I can feel a little jiggle when my hip pops up. It’s a nice reminder that I’m doing it right. Check out this video for tips in action.
